How long does the rain take to fall?
How long does life take in passing by?
How sad would I be reaching the ground without ever loving,
Without ever showing, as a humble drop,
Confused by this delicate fall,
The colors of the sun in a bright flight.
How much would I regret not reflecting my life light.
And when the moment comes to be part of the drops rising to the sky,
Not as a reward but as a natural fate,
May the winds allow my quivery ascension to the clouds,
through a mysterious way,
To then happily descend, as I did when I played in my childhood. |
